Take to the water and experince the beauty of Trelissick Garden . Arrive on a Fal River Links Boat and receive discounted entry. (boats run Easter to October)

Board one of the classic river boats at Truro, Falmouth (Prince of Wales Pier/Custom House Quay) or St Mawes and visit Trelissick, one of Cornwall's finest woodland gardens situated at the head of the Carrick Roads. This 25-acre garden owned by the National Trust has year-round colour and interest and is famed for its exotic plants, Camellias, Magnolias, Rhododendrons and many rare Hydrangeas. Open throughout the year Trelissick also features a renowned art and craft gallery, restaurant and shop and plant sales

If you are feeling energetic there are two stunning three mile circular walks around the beautiful 500 acre estate on woodland walks skirting the River Fal's peaceful creeks.

Turn left after the ferry landing stage for the South Wood walk or cross the King Harry Road for the North Wood circular walk.

At the end of your day return to the landing stage and catch one of the regular services back to Falmouth.

Arrive by Fal River Links boat and receive a discounted entry price. Group packages with garden tours are now available.
